All visa applicants attend VFS Global – UK Visa Application Centre, WAFI Mall (Level 1, Phase 5 – Horus, Umm Hurair 2) for biometrics and document capture. We’ll create your online application on GOV.UK, book your VFS slot, and pre-index your proofs so your visit is smooth.

Biometrics are normally required for each visa application. We’ll brief you on options like document-scanning assistance and premium lounge add-ons, but you should plan to attend VFS in person for fingerprints/photo. (ETA applicants do not go to VFS.)

Outside the UK, Standard Visitor decisions are usually ~3 weeks from your VFS appointment. Need it faster? If available for your case, Priority aims for ~5 working days, and Super Priority aims for a next-working-day decision after your appointment. UKVI notes that items like flight bookings, hotel bookings, and travel insurance are not required evidence for the decision itself (many applicants still include them). We’ll advise when to add them as context versus when to keep the pack lean.

If you’re a UAE resident with another nationality, you’ll either need an ETA (for non-visa-national passports) or a Standard Visitor visa (for visa-national passports). We’ll check your passport against UK rules and route you to the right path — ETA or visa — before we build your file. Note: from 2 April 2025, EU/EEA/Swiss visitors also require an ETA to travel to the UK without a visa.

Families apply together but each person needs their own application/appointment. For minors, include parental consent and documents that show the relationship (e.g., birth certificate). We’ll assemble aligned itineraries and accommodation notes to avoid “split” decisions.
